Application of European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. The data controller for personal data is ABMI Groupe SAS. A declaration has been made to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

Personal data collected through this website

In the course of our interactions and services, we collect several categories of personal data necessary for the proper performance of our activities and compliance with our legal obligations.

    • During a telephone interview: surname, first name, telephone, e-mail address, CV, mobility

  • Data related to our Employees

When signing the employment contract, the future employee must provide all the documents necessary for the establishment of the contract:

  • Surname, first name, nationality, postal address, e-mail address, photo, telephone, date of birth, place of birth,
  • Disabled worker certificate, family situation, number of children, surname + first name + date and place of birth + family Social Security number for mutual insurance company, bank details, Social Security certificate, copy of health insurance card, health insurance certificate,
  • Copy of diplomas, copy of CNI, copy of vehicle registration document, copy of driving licence,
  • Car insurance certificate, medical fitness certificate, home insurance certificate, electrical installation compliance certificate.

  • Detailed information about visits
  • Information Collected Through Cookies

  • Browser and operating system version, browser language • Access time
  • Traffic data

Purpose of the processing

In the course of our activities, we collect and process personal data for various specific purposes, and always in compliance with the applicable legal bases. Each processing is thus based on specific legal bases, including consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or our legitimate interest, depending on the nature of the data and the context of its use:

  • Consent: the individual consents to the use of personal information concerning him or her (consent form in relation to any such use and possible withdrawal of consent)
    • Web forms: sent to the recruitment and sales departments of each entity, not kept
    • Cookies: kept for a maximum of 13 months
    • Documents and data provided by email or form as part of a recruitment process: kept for 5 years from the last contact
  • Performance of a contract: if the personal information is necessary in order to enter into a contract with the individual
    • Documents for the employment contract: received by the HR department, kept for 5 years from the end of the contract
    • Data and payslips: generated by the payroll department, kept for 5 years from the end of the contract
    • Documents for mandatory declarations: received by the HR department, kept for 5 years from the end of the contract
  • Legal obligation: where we need to use personal information in order to comply with our legal obligations
    • Economic and social databases: generated and received by HR and payroll departments, kept for 5 years from the end of contracts
    • Documents related to the Secret Defence or ionising radiation clearance: generated by the Security Officer or the Designated Manager, kept for 1 year from the end of the validity of the security notice issued by the investigating service.
    • Documents related to subcontractor contracts: generated by the manager, kept for 5 years from the end of the contract
    • Mission order and amendment: generated by the manager, kept for 5 years from the end of the contract
  • Legitimate interests: To pursue a legitimate interest and to ensure that the reasons for using the information outweigh any prejudice to the individual’s data protection rights:
    • CV: received by the Recruitment Officer and Manager, kept for 5 years from the last contact with the candidate, and 5 years from the end of the contract with the employee
    • Skills file: received by the Recruitment Officer and Manager, kept for 5 years from the last contact with the candidate, and 5 years from the end of the contract with the employee
    • Candidate interview form: generated by the Recruitment Officer or the manager, kept for 2 months in paper format and 5 years from the last contact with the candidate in digital format
    • Candidate satisfaction: received by the QSE department, kept for 5 years from the last contact with the candidate
    • Recruitment management file: generated by the Recruitment Manager, kept for 5 years from the last contact with the candidate
    • Personnel administrative file: generated by the HR department, kept for 5 years from the end of the contract
    • Documents related to the contract, salary and expenses: generated by the HR department, kept for 5 years from the end of the contract
    • Visitor sign-in list: Visitor generated, kept for 2 months
    • User files: generated by the IT department, kept for 5 years from the end of the contract
Duration of treatment

Our retention periods for personal data depend on business needs and legal requirements. We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the information in question was collected as well as for any other related eligible purposes.

Once personal data is no longer useful to us, we either irreversibly anonymize it (and can then continue to store and use it) or we destroy it securely.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, limit the processing or delete data concerning you. In addition, you have the right to appeal to the Data Protection Authority in the event of unlawful use of your personal data.
